SmallBizSEO provides month-to-month SEO services without a long-term contract commitment. That does not mean there are no service terms: the published Terms of Service explain monthly billing, renewal, and cancellation.
How monthly cancellation works

Summary of SmallBizSEO’s published cancellation policy. Cancellation and refunds are separate; consult the current Terms of Service.
Monthly subscription: Renews monthly unless cancelled.
Request cancellation: Contact SmallBizSEO and identify your subscription.
End of the current paid term: Cancellation takes effect when that paid term ends.
Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund. The published Terms of Service apply.

How monthly renewal works
The Terms say subscriptions have a monthly billing cycle and automatically renew unless cancelled. Review the plan and billing details for your own subscription before ordering or making a change. The SEO Packages page lists current package options and monthly prices.
How to request cancellation
The published cancellation clause says you can cancel at any time by contacting SmallBizSEO. It states that cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. You can use the contact page or email hello@smallbizseo.com.
For a clear request, identify the business and subscription you want to cancel. Ask for confirmation of the cancellation and the date it takes effect. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive account information in an ordinary message.
The published cancellation clause does not state an additional advance-notice period. If the billing date is close or your account details are unclear, contact SmallBizSEO to confirm how the request applies to your subscription.
Does cancellation mean a refund?
Cancellation and refunds are separate questions. Section 6 of the currently published Terms states that all sales are final and no refund will be issued. This FAQ does not promise a prorated refund or a credit for unused time. For a billing question or an apparent error, contact SmallBizSEO with the relevant invoice or transaction reference rather than assuming that cancellation reverses an earlier charge.
Plan the practical handover
Before the end of service, ask what work is in progress, which completed materials are available, and whether any reporting or other access will change. Those questions help you plan continuity; they do not establish an extra notice requirement or promise a particular handover deliverable. Your website, domain, hosting, and other tools may also have separate subscriptions that need their own review.
Where to check the current terms
This answer summarizes SmallBizSEO’s month-to-month arrangement and published policy. It is not a replacement for the Terms or the details of your own order. Check the current Terms of Service and contact SmallBizSEO if anything is unclear before making a billing decision.
